PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a crushed state determination program of crushing equipment capable of efficiently evaluating mixed coal with a simple constitution in order to combust even low-quality coal stably and economically.SOLUTION: The rate of mixed coal in a dry state remaining in crushing equipment is calculated and mixed coal HGI at the rate of mixed coal is calculated, based on coal supply quantity data, raw material moisture amount data and mixed coal rate data acquired on mixed coal condition input data acquisition means 55A by means of a mixed coal calculation means 55B. Power consumption amount corresponding to the mixed coal HGI calculated by the mixed coal calculation means 55B is calculated based on a function relation concerning the power consumption amount of the crushing equipment which is stored on data base 42 for crushing characteristic determination and corresponds to HGI by a power consumption amount calculation means 55D. Even in the mixed coal having considerably different quality, the mixed coal HGI in the crushing equipment and consumption energy can be accurately calculated, and operation circumstances of the crushing equipment and combustion state of combustion equipment can be easily and accurately determined to facilitate mixed coal determination.
