PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simply and highly accurately detect a fact that a clerk has performed a predetermined work without minutely analyzing the behavior of the clerk by acquiring the stay situation of the clerk in a monitoring area set for each kind of work contents.;SOLUTION: A clerk work management device includes: a work content setting section 35 for setting work areas where work contents are performed for each kind of work contents of respective works to be performed by a clerk, and setting the work areas as monitoring areas when the work areas appear in images; and a work detection section 33 for measuring a stay time from a time when the clerk has entered a monitoring area to a time when the clerk has exited the monitoring area on the basis of the image of the monitoring area, and detecting a fact that the clerk has performed the work content set with respect to the monitoring area on the basis of a comparison result between the measured stay time and an assumed work time for each one of the work contents set with respect to the monitoring areas.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2015,JPO&INPIT
