PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To measure a solid phase rate of a solid-liquid two-phase fluid with high accuracy by means of a capacitor having a very small capacity.SOLUTION: An apparatus for measuring a solid phase rate of a solid-liquid two-phase fluid includes: a measuring circuit configured by connecting a resistor Rto a parallel circuit 6 including a capacitor C and a quartz vibrator S, in series; a signal generator 4 which inputs an AC signal; an impedance converter which is connected to both ends of the parallel circuit and both ends of the resistor to reduce measurement errors due to noise and wiring stray capacitance; a phase difference detector 5 which detects a phase difference &thetas; between a voltage Vacross both ends of the parallel circuit and a voltage Vacross both ends of the resistor; and an arithmetic unit 10 which calculates a solid phase rate f on the basis of the phase difference &thetas; which is detected when the measuring circuit is immersed in the solid-liquid two-phase fluid and an AC signal having a parallel resonance frequency fof the quartz vibrator S is inputted from the signal generator.
