An object of the present invention is to provide a novel posterior ocular drug delivery system. The present invention relates to a high-density lipoprotein (cHDL) fused with a cytophilic peptide as a carrier for posterior eye drug delivery, a method for producing the same, and the posterior eye using the cytophilic peptide-fused high-density lipoprotein.
