PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a call center server capable of performing the sufficient function of presenting accumulated call information to an operator.SOLUTION: History data on outgoing and incoming calls associated with an operator is stored. When an accumulated call is generated, the history data is retrieved on the basis of incoming call information, and it is determined whether or not the operator in charge can be identified. When the operator in charge can be identified, the accumulated call is set in association with the operator. When the operator in charge cannot be identified, the accumulated call is set in association with a group, and the accumulated call information is managed. Thus, the accumulated call information on an operator-to-operator basis can also be presented to the operator.
