PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress occurrence of a problem to be caused when a network infrastructure using the data relay function of a mobile terminal is constructed.SOLUTION: A mobile terminal in an Internet connection system including a wireless LAN terminal, two or more mobile terminals having a data relay function for relaying data of the wireless LAN terminal and a server device capable of communicating with each mobile terminal, includes a switching unit for switching on/off of the data relay function. The server device includes a server-side communication unit for transmitting switching information for switching on/off of the data relay function to the mobile terminal. The switching unit of the mobile terminal switches on/off of the data relay function according to the switching information received from the server device.
