PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an overseas operations expansion support system, a program, and a method that allow companies intending to expand overseas operations to objectively and automatically execute quantitative evaluation of countries to be prioritized.SOLUTION: The present invention calculates a patent score, a production score, and a market score for each country when a user inputs an area of which overseas operation is to be expanded, an applicant, and a strategy, and thereafter performs specific weighting on the scores based on the input strategy and totals the weights, so as to determine the priority of each country.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
