PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform proper adjustment to special express ticket information usable by use of a charge medium.SOLUTION: A transportation expense adjustment system related to a transportation system ridable by use of a medium storing special express ticket information purchased on the basis of special express ticket purchase information, executes: processing of storing settlement information related to purchase of special express ticket information and special express ticket purchase information including a medium identification number of the medium storing the special express ticket information when having purchased the special express ticket information; processing of imparting ride identification information indicating that the special express ticket information is used for the special express ticket purchase information corresponding to the special express ticket information when the special express ticket information is used; and processing of extracting as an adjustment target the special express ticket purchase information in which the ride identification information indicates that a ride is present in a special express ticket purchase list that is an aggregate of the special express ticket purchase information.
