PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a concentration ratio determination program, a concentration ratio determination apparatus and a concentration ratio determination method which can be simply handled and can reduce detection throughput.SOLUTION: A computer is allowed to execute the following processing. First, a visual line of a subject is detected from information of eyes of the subject. Then, a gaze range including visual stimulus is regulated from the visual line of the subject. In the gaze range, a gaze area is determined. Then, existence of visual stimulus in the gaze range is determined on the basis of a change in pixel values in the gaze range. Then, stop time at which the visual line of the subject stops on the gaze area is measured from a point of time that disappearance of the visual stimulus is determined. A threshold stored in a threshold information storage part is referred to, and when the stop time exceeds the threshold, reduction of a concentration ratio is determined.
