PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To appropriately correct a skew of continuous recorded media.SOLUTION: In an image forming apparatus 1, a skew detection section 26 detects a state of conveying linerless label roll paper P by a conveying section 27 having a conveying state where a roll paper feeding section 2 crimps the linerless label roll paper P and feed it to a print head 3 for printing to the linerless label roll paper P and a non-crimping state where crimping of the linerless label roll paper P is canceled or mitigated. While skew occurs, the conveying section 27 is shifted to the non-crimping state and the skew is corrected by a skew correction mechanism section 20 by rotating a skew correction roller 19 while abutting it to the linerless label roll paper P.
