PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a site as a whole to be seamlessly moved so as to be capable of selecting seats in a block.SOLUTION: A seat designation device: is provided for each site; associates a seat information table that is capable of displaying an area of at least three hierarchies of a block serving as a first area having a plurality of seats arranged, an area serving as a second area having a plurality of first areas, and an entire site serving a third area having a plurality of second areas adjacently arranged on a display part, and has an area ID, a block ID and a position of the seat in an X-Y coordinate system respect to a seat ID as data with a block information table that has the area ID and a position of the block in the X-Y coordinate system with respect to the block ID as data; and instructs the seat, and thereby designates the seat. When the entire site is selected, the seat designation device has an information processing unit that performs an overlapping display with a block display according to the position in the X-Y coordinate system overlapped on an arbitrary site area display.
