PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hatch cover which enables bilge accumulated on cargos or corners of a hold to be discharged even before shore-arrival, a bilge discharge device, a bilge discharge component, and a bilge discharge method.SOLUTION: A hatch cover 40A is provided at a hold of a ship and includes: a cover member 422A which moves in a sliding manner to open the hold; and multiple holding parts 50 which are provided at the cover member 422A and removably hold a transportable crane. The multiple holding parts 50 may be provided at the cover member 422A and may be supported by rails 44A in a manner such that the holding parts 50 may move along the rails 44A.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
