PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To determine efficiently, an optimal solution in which an intention of a user is reflected, while adjusting priority.;SOLUTION: The invention is configured so that: on a computing machine, conditions about a past manufacturing track record and a test result are registered in a manufacturing track record database (S1); priority with respect to an item of an optimal solution which was searched past, is registered in a priority track record database (S2); similar specifications are clustered as a similar specification group, from the manufacturing track record database (S3); priority is clustered to a calculated cluster number for every similar specification group, then representative priority is calculated for every cluster of priority (S4-5); then, a manufacturing track record which is an optimal solution is detected by an optimization program, using the representative priority selected from the cluster of the similar specification group including a specification input from an input part (S6-7).;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2;COPYRIGHT: (C)2017,JPO&INPIT
