PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reminder device, a reminder system, a reminder method and a reminder program which give appropriate notice to a vehicle traveling in the vicinity of a suspicious vehicle according to a driving pattern thereof.SOLUTION: A reminder server 3: acquires vehicle positional information from vehicle side terminals moving along with vehicles 2A to 2E; also acquires state information representing states of the vehicles, the states of drivers who drive the vehicles or the states of driving of the drivers; determines a specific driving pattern depending on whether or not the state information satisfies a specific condition; designates the vehicle determined to have the specific driving pattern as a suspicious vehicle 2E; and sends a message according to the specific driving pattern to the vehicle side terminal on the vehicle located in a notification area RP in the vicinity of the suspicious vehicle 2E.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
