PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To utilize a MO(99MO) solution in a series of processes without wasting the same by forming the low specific radioactive MO(99MO) solution containing 99mTC as a raw material and using properties of the 99mTC solution.;SOLUTION: A manufacturing method includes a manufacturing process 1 for forming a low specific radioactive MO(99MO)C solution as a raw material without using uranium as a raw material, a manufacturing process 2 for forming a 99mTC generator column or a 99mTC generator by generating 99mTC by a radio-equilibrium using the MO(99MO)C solution formed in the manufacturing process 1 as a raw material, passing the same through the MO(99MO) solution containing pure alumina MO(99MO) absorber and absorbing the MO(99MO) and a manufacturing process 3 for generating a 99mTC solution or a 99mTC formulation by generating 99mTC by radio-equilibrium using the MO(99MO) solution containing remaining 99mTC in the manufacturing process 2, passing the same through an adsorption column containing an active carbon absorption agent.
