PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a parallel processing circuit capable of efficiently performing parallel processing of many input signals (channel signals) and an audio mixer incorporating the parallel processing circuit.SOLUTION: In a parallel data processing method of processing data from many channels by a plurality of data processing systems in parallel, each of the data processing systems is formed by combining actors being small logic circuits, and addresses as routing destinations are given to the data to make the data into messages, and each of the actors is provided with a message queue for successively storing the messages and a router for routing the messages, and the actor executes processing of successively reading out the messages from the message queue and rewriting the addresses with addresses as a next routing destination, and the router routes the messages to actors for next processing on the basis of the addresses, thereby processing the data from many channels in parallel.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
