PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology capable of reducing the incidence of urgent repair of a power circuit containing a capacitor and a load side circuit connected to the power circuit.SOLUTION: A total control device 22 makes a display 11 execute a power consumption enhancement event that temporarily enhances the consumption of power supplied from a power circuit 12. A drop voltage measuring device 21 measures a drop amount of output voltage of the power circuit 12 at the time of the execution of the power consumption enhancement event by the display 11. Based on the measurement result by the drop voltage measuring device 21, the total control device 22 determines whether a life extension measure for an electrolytic capacitor 121 is needed.
