PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an evacuation route retrieval system, an evacuation route retrieval server, and an evacuation route retrieval method capable of offering an evacuee an evacuation route matching his/her attributes.SOLUTION: Provided is an evacuation route retrieval system which comprises: a user attribute information storage unit; an evacuation site information storage unit; a travel route information storage unit; a user position information acquisition unit; an evacuation route retrieval unit; and an evacuation route selection unit. The evacuation route retrieval unit retrieves evacuation route alternatives for a user on the basis of the user position information and the evacuation site information. The evacuation route selection unit selects a recommended evacuation route from among the evacuation route alternatives retrieved by the evacuation route retrieval unit in accordance with the user's evacuation capacity determined on the basis of the travel route information, the user attribute information, and prescribed determination conditions.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8
