PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric power transmission route state detecting device that can detect a failure of an electric power transmission route and electric power stealing.SOLUTION: An electric power transmission route state detecting device 10 comprises an electric power route determining portion 13, a first electric power amount acquiring portion 11, a second electric power amount acquiring portion 12, and a state estimating portion 14. The electric power route determining portion 13 determines an electric power route through which electric power is shared among power consumers connected to a node 52 of a mesh type electric power network 51. The first electric power amount acquiring portion 11 acquires electric power amounts which is transmitted by a power consumer G20 who supplies electric power. The second electric power amount acquiring portion 12 allows a consumer G30 who receives electric power to acquire the electric power amounts transmitted from the power consumer G20 who supplies electric power. The state estimating portion 14 estimates a state of the determined electric power transmission route on the basis of the transmitted electric power amounts and the received electric power amounts.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
