PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a real estate management device which allows not only a business operator but also a customer to voluntarily manage a real estate and which is capable of restricting access of the customer to some extent, and also to provide a real estate management program.;SOLUTION: The real estate management device comprises: an authentication unit 14 which authenticates a system user; an authorization unit 15 which imparts a first authority when a system user authenticated by the authentication unit 14 is a business operator, and which imparts a second authority different from the first authority when a system user authenticated by the authentication unit 14 is a customer; a customer information registration unit 16 which registers customer information; a possession information registration unit 17 which registers possession information in association with customer information and property information; a possession information storage unit 18 which stores possession information registered by the possession information registration unit 17; a page generation unit 19 which generates a Web page for management for each customer; and a simulation execution unit 20 which executes a simulation on the basis of input information.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1;COPYRIGHT: (C)2017,JPO&INPIT
