PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an objective index which enables selection of efficient energy from the viewpoint of a consumer.SOLUTION: A flow of energy including gas, electric power and heat is measured by a measurement part, and on the basis of an actually-measured value of the energy including a gas, electric power and heat, an analysis part dynamically evaluates whether or not operation of a cogeneration section is to be stopped or whether or not the operation mode is to be improved, according to the load situation of a heat source device and unit price information. On the basis of the energy efficiency, a display part dynamically suggests also an objective index to facilitate evaluation judgement, when displaying a desired control mode which is ought to be carried out on the cogeneration section.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
