PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a test design assist system, a test design assist method, and a test design assist program with which it is possible to easily secure the quality of test item information and easily track a history that has led to creation of the test item information.SOLUTION: A test design assist system 1 comprises: a function association unit 61 for associating function character information selected from among specification content information stored in a specification content database 71 with function information acquired by a prescribed method; a viewpoint association unit 62 for associating viewpoint character information selected from among the specification content information stored in the specification content database 71 with viewpoint information acquired by a prescribed method; a test item information creation unit 65 for creating test item information on the basis of the function information associated by the function association unit 61 and the viewpoint information associated by the viewpoint association unit 62; and a display control unit 66 for displaying the test item information created by the test item information creation unit 65 on a display 30.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
