PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a third person having no direct relation to a watching object identical person such as the elderly to easily create information related to a recent event of the object person or a diary including the information.SOLUTION: A recent event information creation system includes: first diary creation page provision means 11 that provides a first terminal 2 authenticated by each account of an object person, with a first diary creation screen for creating a first diary in association with the authenticated account and for being stored in storage means 10 in association with the authenticated account; a two-dimensional code 4 in which URL associated with each account of the object person and information representing the recent event is stored; and second diary creation means 12 that, when being accessed by the URL included in the two-dimensional code 4 read by a second terminal 3, creates a second diary in association with the information representing the recent event associated with the URL, and stores the created second diary in the storage means 10 in association with the account.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
