PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lubricant having more excellent lubricating characteristics as a lubricant used when warm working or hot working is performed.SOLUTION: A lubricant 100 used when a metal material is subjected to warm working or hot working is configured by laminating a solid lubricant sheet 120 and a glass sheet 110. The solid lubricant sheet 120 configuring the lubricant 100 contains a solid lubricant CP and a binder resin, and is formed into a sheet shape.
