PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve prediction accuracy of a temperature and time from an operation start up to a settling point of equipment.SOLUTION: A temperature variation prediction analysis device of one embodiment comprises a first temperature sensor, a second temperature sensor, a function storage section, a facility information storage section, a tuning section, and an operation section. The first temperature sensor measures a temperature of a surface of equipment generating heat by operation. The second temperature sensor measures a temperature of environment where the equipment is installed. A function for calculating a temperature variation of the equipment from an operation start up to settling of the equipment is stored in the function storage section. Performance information of facilities including materials constituting the equipment is stored in the facility information storage section. The tuning section tunes parameters including generation energy and a heat transfer coefficient set to the function based on a surface temperature of the equipment and the temperature of the environment measured. The operation section performs prediction calculation of time when the surface temperature of the equipment attains a settling temperature by using the tuned function and the performance information.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
