PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a restoration planning management device which calculates the number of days and a procedure necessary to restore pieces of equipment while updating BCP in real time, on the basis of actual damage state and restriction of each piece of equipment and a priority showing a restoration order determined in accordance with sales ratios of such pieces of equipment, etc in disaster situations.;SOLUTION: The restoration planning management device has a priority calculation part and a restoration procedure creation part. The priority calculation part calculates a priority which serves as an index to determine an order of restoring pieces of equipment on the basis of an impact level which is an index showing an impact given by each piece of equipment to the business.
