PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a refrigeration cycle device using mixed refrigerant composition realizing a theoretical COP equivalent to or more than R410A and HFO1123/HFC32 at GWP lower than HFO1123/HFC32.SOLUTION: A refrigeration cycle device uses a mixed refrigerant composition containing 1,1,2-trifluoroethylene of HFO, difluoromethane of HFC and 2,3,3,3-tetrafluoropropene of HFO in which mass ratios of these three compositions are kept in a range of triangle of a triangle composition chart with the three compositions being applied as apex points of a point A specified by HFO1123/HFC32/HFO1234yf=1/98/1 mass%, a point B specified by HFO1123/HFC32/HFO1234yf=32/67/1 mass% and a point C specified by HFO1123/HFC32/HFO1234yf=1/50/49 mass%.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
