PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and an earth retaining structure, excellent in workability, and realizing earth retaining by an open cut, by using a grouting technology.;SOLUTION: A method for constructing an earth retaining structure in a base lock layer part on the flow board side among the periphery of an excavation expected place of a base lock layer, includes (A) a process of boring a first hole row composed of a plurality of substantially vertical pores in parallel to a virtual excavation surface when viewed from above in a part near to the virtual excavation surface between a base lock layer part and the excavation expected place among the base lock layer part, (B) a process of forming a first hardening wall part by injecting a hardening material into the respective pores of these first hole rows, (C) a process of boring a second hole row composed of the plurality of substantially vertical pores in parallel to the virtual excavation surface when viewed from above in a part distant from the virtual excavation surface among the base lock layer part and (D) a process of forming a second hardening wall part of continuing with the first hardening wall part by injecting the hardening material into the second hole row, and constitutes an earth retaining wall by executing the process (D) after hardening the first hardening wall part by executing the process (B) before or after the process (C).;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1;COPYRIGHT: (C)2017,JPO&INPIT
