PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a chromatic difference calculation device that calculates a chromatic difference between an examination object and sample even when a plurality of colors is irregularly given to the examination object.SOLUTION: A chromatic difference calculation device 100 comprises: an acquisition unit 1 that acquires comparative chromatic information from a comparative image indicative of an examination object, and acquires a reference chromatic information indicative of a sample of the examination object from a reference image indicative of a sample of the examination object; a clustering unit 3 that clusters the comparative chromatic information into a plurality of comparative clusters, and clusters the reference chromatic information into a plurality of reference clusters; a selection unit 4 that selects a comparative representation color from the comparative cluster, and selects a reference representation color from the reference cluster corresponding to the comparative cluster; and a calculation unit 5 that calculates a chromatic difference between the comparative representation color and the reference representation color.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
