PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable the efficient work of preparing duty-free sales documents.SOLUTION: A system of this invention comprises image acquisition means of acquiring an image of a passport or a document conforming to the same which indicates disembarkation qualification and an image of a receipt printed upon commodity sales, image storage means of, based on the image, categorizing and storing an image of the passport or the document and storing an image of the receipt, and printing means of printing an image of the passport or the document in the passport area of a duty-free sales document and printing a receipt area of the duty-free sales document with an image of the receipt where image processing is applied for fitting into the receipt area.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7
