PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently extract and display not only a change in an image for a relatively long period of time but also a change in an image for a relatively short period of time such as in passing through in a frame instantaneously.SOLUTION: A device includes: one-dimensional heat map display means 11 which makes location on a time line in a first section with a predetermined number of frames, displays a one-dimensional heat map with representation varied according to largeness of a change of each frame in the first section, makes location on a time line in a second section with a smaller number of frames than the first section in a section specified on the time line on the heat map, and displays a one-dimensional heat map with representation varied according to largeness of a change of each frame in the second section; and two-dimensional heat map display means 12 which displays a two-dimensional heat map with representation varied according to largeness of a change for each cell of each frame in a section specified for displaying the two-dimensional heat map on the one-dimensional heat map.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
