PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat flux sensor that can precisely detect a heat flux of a measurement object, a calibration method for the heat flux sensor, a method for detecting abnormalities of a measurement object, and a method for detecting operational abnormalities of an engine.;SOLUTION: A heat flux sensor 1 includes a multilayer structure 20 in which a substrate 10, an insulating layer 21, a resistor layer 22, and a protective layer 23 are deposited in that order from the substrate 10 side.
