PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve job execution efficiency.SOLUTION: A storage unit 1a stores information on a time zone in which a plurality of calculation nodes are available. An arithmetic operation unit 1b determines a first time when a highest-priority job of a plurality of jobs can be executed, on the basis of the information stored in the storage unit 1a. When there is a second time, which is a candidate of execution start time of the highest-priority job, later than the first time, and in which more jobs can be executed within a predetermined time range than the case where the highest-priority job is executed from the first time, the arithmetic operation unit 1b allocates the jobs to the calculation nodes to execute the highest-priority job and other jobs from the second time.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
