PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a practical laser light source mounting body of a cylindrical three-dimensional shape, for example, by providing a multi-wavelength laser light source module configured to ensure high heat dissipation efficiency even if the laser light source module is made compact.SOLUTION: A multi-wavelength laser light source module includes a holder of a semiconductor laser light source unit provided with a hole extending from the wall surface at one end of a pillar shape in the extension direction thereof, at least one thermal conduction block placed in the hole oppositely to the wall surface thereof, and including a heat transfer surface for transferring heat to the wall surface, and a plurality of semiconductor laser light source units bonded to the thermal conduction block, so that laser light is emitted in the extension direction of the pillar shape. During emission of laser light by the semiconductor laser light source units, the thermal conduction block is provided with such a thermal gradient that the temperature decreases from the bonding surface of the thermal conduction block in contact with the semiconductor laser light source unit toward the heat transfer surface.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
