The present invention relates to an aesthetic device for maintaining the level of the ankle of a urine bag that can be put under clothing. The invention relates to a device allowing the patient provided with a urinary catheter to move without embarrassment and to be able to aesthetically conceal the urinary pocket. It consists of a rectangle of twill weave fabric (1), on which are sewn Velcro® strips to form an adjustable flap (3), in which is assembled on the back a pocket (4) with a protection (6) that will accommodate the urine bag, it is held at the ankle by a side edge (2) and can be emptied through the hole (5) provided on the bottom of the inner bag (4) . This device is threaded through the patient's ankle. The device is particularly intended for patients with a urinary catheter.
