Method of generation of the designs of diagrams of a relational database for applications of the data bases which are of uncertain data. The process of which receives the data of the design of the input indicative of the relationship and the functional dependencies having a degree of certainty associated or assigned based on a scale of a degree of certainty. A calibration algorithm is applied to the diagram of the relationships, as well as a set of functional dependencies, which is defined by a control input. The process produces the data of the design of the output of the data indicating the diagrams of relations generated by the standards applied.
