The invention relates to a method for producing a nanoscale lithium-ion composite anode by plasma spraying. The method comprises the following steps: (1). The following raw materials with the following parts by weight are provided: 15-20% anode material for a lithium battery, 5-20% conductive additive and 60-80% porous carbon, these raw materials being mixed together to form a mixture; (2). the mixture is introduced into a powder conveyor; and (3) the mixture is applied to a bus bar at a rate of 5 m / min by plasma spraying, applying on both sides and with an application thickness of 50-100 μm.
