An electrosurgical laparoscopic instrument (1) comprising an elongated shaft (2), on whose distal end an end effector (3) and at the proximal end of which a handle (4) are arranged, wherein the shaft in the form of a tube (2) is formed by a rod (7) is passed through for the actuation by means of longitudinal movement with a movable part (6) of the handle (4) and with a movable part (5) of the end effector (3) is coupled, and wherein the end effector (3) via at least one electrical line (9) with the handle (4) is connected, characterized in that at least one of the lines (9) in the wall of a hose (8) is arranged, which surround the rod (7) in the tube (2) is arranged, whereby the hose (8) of the rod (7), immovable.
