FIELD: medicine.;SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to neurology, and can be used for treating multiple sclerosis. For this purpose, hemopoietic stem cells are prepared at the first stage using granulocyte colony-stimulating factor in dose of 10 mcg/kg for 4-5 days and freezed. It is followed by high-dose immune suppressive therapy with the help of Cyclophosphan 200 mg/kg and Rituximab 500 mg/m2 / Carmustine 300 mg/m2, Cyclophosphan 120 mg/kg and Rituximab 500 mg/m2. That is followed by transplantation of hemopoietic stem cells, and for groups of patients with high risk of relapse supporting therapy with Mitoxantrone 12 mg/m2 or Rituximab 375 mg/m2 is additionally carried out quarterly during 1 year after THSC. Wherein, in parallel with high-dose immune suppressive therapy hydration and supporting therapy are performed by use of glucocorticosteroids, stimulation of hematopoiesis with colony-stimulating factors, nutritional and hemo-component therapy.;EFFECT: using this method is effective in treating patients with various forms of multiple sclerosis, thus allowing to achieve clinical improvement and stable prolonged remission.;1 cl, 3 dwg, 2 tbl
