FIELD: medicine.;SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to gynaecology, and can be applied to integrated treatment of ovarian dysfunction when using the hormone contraceptive as "Implanon" implant. For this purpose subcutaneous introduction of hormonal contraceptive "Implanon" implant containing ethonogestrel 68 mg by standard scheme: on 1st to 5th day of menstrual cycle. Also oral intake of “Estrovel Time-factor” drug is prescribed from 1st day of menstrual cycle, starting with blister No. 1, by 2 capsules daily for 5 days, blister No. 2, by 1 capsule daily for 9 days, blister No. 3, by 1 capsule daily for 9 days, blister No. 4, by 2 capsules daily for 5 days, during 3 courses of treatment. In addition, to reduce duration of menstrual bleeding, liquid extract of burnet (Sanguisorba officinalis) is prescribed by 30 drops 3 times daily, 30 minutes before meals, for 7 days.;EFFECT: invention provides improved feeling in patients, normalises menstrual cycle, leads to reducing period of treatment.;1 cl
