FIELD: astronautics.;SUBSTANCE: measurement signals are recieved from satellites and quasar providing the minimum time shift between the measurements from the spacecraft and the quasar, choosing the projection of angular position of the quasar, as close as possible to the position of spacecraft, and the coincidence of traces of signals from satellites and quasar to the measuring station is determined under two-frequency method for calculating bias of frequency signals, determining error in measurements of spacecraft speed, route ionization between quasar and measuring station, calculating the time delay of signal equal to the measurement error range, transmitting data to the Ballistic Center together with results of the spacecraft trajectory measurements to calculate the spacecraft trajectory.;EFFECT: invention allows to measure error of spacecraft trajectory changes caused by measuring radio signals propagation through ionised medium.;1 cl, 2 dwg
