FIELD: medicine.;SUBSTANCE: method includes saliva sampling, determination of concentration of estrogens (hormones) in mixed saliva. Additionally realised are: index estimation of change in stage of oral cavity organs and tissues, determination of rate of saliva salivation, estimation of state of microvasculature of oral cavity mucosa and periodontium tissues by method of laser Doppler flowmetry. After that, risk of development of pathological changes in periodontium tissues and salivary glands in women with estrogen-deficient states is predicted by level of reduction of estrogen concentration. If concentrations of estrogens are higher than 10.7±1.2 pg/ml, risk of pathological changes is inconsiderable, if concentration of estrogens is from 10.7±1.2 pg/ml to 1.95±0.4 pg/ml - middle, if concentration of estrogens is lower than 1.95±0.4 pg/ml - high.;EFFECT: application of claimed method makes it possible to predict risk of pathological changes in parodontium tissues and salivary glands in women in case of different estrogen-deficient states with high accuracy, detect said changes at early stage with initial clinical manifestations and realise respective treatment.;5 cl, 12 tbl, 2 ex
