FIELD: machine building.;SUBSTANCE: device (100) comprises hydraulic cylinder (10) installed on the lower part of a heavy object so as to measure weight and to horizontally transport large structure (300). Hydraulic cylinder (10) consists of body (11), loaded plate (14) located on the upper part of the body, and weight measuring part (15). On the lower part of the cylinder body there is located movable support plate (20) having inclining body (21), horizontal supporting part (22), semicircular recess (222) located at the center inside body (21), semicircular bearing (221) inserted in the semicircular recess, and fasteners (223) arranged on both side surfaces of semicircular recess (222) to be one whole with the lower part of the body, so that even in an inclined position of the body the hydraulic cylinder is retained in vertical direction, air discharge valve (27) and built-in wheels (24) to move along skidway (40). On the lower part of the body of the movable support plate there is piston seal (30). Skidway has body (41), located on the lower part of body (31) of piston seal and side walls (43, 44) formed on both lateral sides of lower surface (42) of body (41).;EFFECT: there is ensured a possibility of preliminary check and measuring of a weight of a heavy object as a large-sized structure prior to transportation; a large-size structure can be transported horizontally without additional installation of a separate transfer system after measurement of weight.;2 cl, 5 dwg
