The claimed utility model relates to devices for digital data processing and computing, specifically designed to perform specific functions, as well as to computer systems using models based on knowledge, and can be used, e.g., in the simulation of high-tech enterprises engineering. The object of the claimed technical solution is to expand the technical capabilities of the device to simulate the development of high-tech enterprises of mechanical engineering, through the use of specialized computer modules providing for the numerical simulation of the company's development into account not only the organizational and technical and economic parameters of its activities, but also including the level of the company's expertise . The device for the simulation of high-tech enterprise, provides expert evaluation module, which provides an assessment of parameters of membership functions of linguistic variables. The yield of expert estimation module is the input module of knowledge acquisition, the first and second outputs which are inputs to the device storing the database and the device for storing the fuzzy rule base, and the outputs of said devices are connected respectively to the car and fazzifikatoru fuzzy inference; fazzifikatora output is also connected to the input inference engine, the output of which is input defazzifikatora, and its output is connected to the input module of tips and explanations, providing output in the form of verbal explanations necessary for users to understand how the device has performed a particular inference. Positive technical result provided by said set of characteristics is the ability of the inventive device as a tool to support management decision in predicting the development of high-tech enterprises.
