Provided is an integrated photographic authentication device (200) capable of photographing a fingerprint and a finger vein, which is a 3D photographing device for checking the fingerprint and finger vein at the same time. The 3D photographing device comprises: an object receiving part (201) including a scan panel upper case (201a) vertically forming a finger receiving portion and a scan panel lower case (201b) holding an electronic unit thereof; and a scan panel (250) installed on the scan panel upper case (201a), wherein the scan panel (250) is provided to photograph the fingerprint and finger vein at the same time and includes a finger-for-fingerprint contact portion (250a) and a finger-for-finger vein non-contact portion (250b) which form steps from the back to the front. A recessed side wall (251) is formed around so that the finger-for-finger vein non-contact portion (250b) of the scan panel (250) is recessed, and a finger receiving portion (252) for receiving a finger is formed at a top edge of the recessed side wall (251) to be parallel to the finger-for-fingerprint contact portion (250a).
