Disclosed are a video electronic commerce system and a video electronic commerce method for creating videos to sell relevant products by using a smart terminal and for providing a product selling service through the videos. According to the present invention, the disclosed electronic commerce system comprises: a screen layout setting unit for setting a layout including at least one or more display areas and feature information for each area; a video registration unit for registering a video for a relevant product, outputted from a video display area of a layout; a control information setting unit for setting control information to control the output by the feature information according to the display area of the layout; and a video shopping server including a video information providing unit, for transmitting the set control information, and videos, registered by a request of a smart terminal of a purchaser. Therefore, by using the present invention, general people can create a video for a relevant product to provide the video content for purchasers at reasonable costs.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016
