The present invention relates to a voltage unbalance control system of a low voltage direct current distribution system. The voltage unbalance control system of a low voltage direct current distribution system according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a measuring unit and a control unit, as the voltage unbalance control system for a low voltage direct current distribution system, with N loading points, wherein at each load point, a first load is connected between a positive wire and a neutral line and a second load is connected between a negative wire and the neutral line. The measuring unit is capable of measuring both a positive load current and a negative load current at each loading point, a positive distribution voltage, and a negative distribution voltage. The control unit calculates a voltage unbalance rate based on the measured positive distribution voltage and negative distribution voltage and determines the activation and deactivation of (N-k)^th load point switching signal based on a relationship between the positive load current and the negative load current at an (N-1-k)^th (K is an integer; 0=k=N-2) load point and an (N-k)^th load point if the calculated voltage unbalance rate exceeds a predetermined value. The (N-k)^th load point switching signal is a switching signal for connecting the first load connected to the (N-k)^th load point, to the negative wire and connecting the second load connected to the (N-k)^th load point, to the positive wire, if activated.
