KIT FOR SCREENING ANTIBODIES IN SWINE INOCULATED WITH LIVE MARKER VACCINE STRAIN OF CLASSICAL SWINE FEVER VIRUS AND SWINE INFECTED WITH WILD STRAIN OF CLASSICAL SWINE FEVER VIRUS, AND SCREENING METHOD USING SAME
The present invention relates to a kit for screening antibodies in swine inoculated with a live marker vaccine strain of classical swine fever virus (CSFV) and swine infected with a wild strain of CSFV; and to a screening method using the kit. More specifically, the present invention relates to: a monoclonal antibody which specifically combines with an Erns recombinant protein of CSFV, and a monoclonal antibody which specifically combines with an Erns recombinant protein of bovine viral diarrhea virus (BVDV); to a kit including the monoclonal antibodies for the simultaneous screening of swine inoculated with a live marker vaccine strain of CSFV and swine infected with a wild strain of CSFV; and to a method for screening swine inoculated with a live marker vaccine strain of CSFV and swine infected with a wild strain of CSFV by using the kit. According to the present invention, the monoclonal antibodies and the kit including the same have excellent sensitivity and specificity. Accordingly, the method for screening swine inoculated with a live marker vaccine strain of CSFV and swine infected with a wild strain of CSFV by using the kit has greatly excellent accuracy. Furthermore, the method uses C-ELISA, and thus can easily and quickly perform a screening process. Therefore, the method enables a user to eliminate swine infected with a wild strain of CSFV by detecting the infected swine at an early stage, and thus can be effectively used to control classical swine fever. The monoclonal antibody which specifically combines with an Erns recombinant protein of CSFV is derived from a hybridoma (KCTC18432P) strain, and the monoclonal antibody which specifically combines with an Erns recombinant protein of BVDV is derived from a hybridoma (KCTC18435P) strain.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016
