The present invention relates to an eco-friendly aquatic animal/plant protection block with a green algae prevention function. In particular, the eco-friendly aquatic animal/plant protection block comprises a lower protection block, a central protection block, and an upper protection block which are interlinked and fixed by a connection ring, so as to be conveniently assembled in underwater, and thus stable installation can be realized on a soft ground of a river. Since the protection blocks are provided in an assembly of unit protection blocks having yellow soil powder and the like are included therein while the unit bodies with the relatively less specific gravity are assembled to be installed on the bottom of a river in the water, the water in the river is purified by a yellow soil component, so water pollution is prevented and occurrence of green algae in the river is stably prevented at the same time. Accordingly, the protection blocks are eco-friendly applied on the bottom of a river. Also, since the lower, central, and upper protection blocks, which are interconnected and fixed by the connection ring, are applied, multiple aquatic animal/plant protection blocks can be installed in a predetermined inner area by a base frame or a restriction bar so as to be seated on the bottom of a river. Therefore, an inhabitation region for aquatic animals/plants can be formed as a large-scale colony.
