The pink sea bream ( Scleronephthya ) corresponding to the cadmium exposure of the present invention gracillimum gene and a method for diagnosing a coastal ecosystem using the same. Specifically, a specific gene group derived from a pink sea bream is exhibited a specific expression change by cadmium, and by using these as a biomarker, And can be used as a microarray and a kit which can be confirmed.
